Sunburns

I have been sick every weekend for the last month and I finally figured out why. Apparently even the slightest sunburn causes my allergies to turn into a cold that could easily become a sinus infection. It's the most curious thing and very irritating; the more severe the burn, the more severe my cold. In all my years of having sunburns, I've never had a reaction like this before. I guess I need to stay out of the sun completely until the summer is over (and be better about applying sunscreen).
